Isaac joined Portico in 2010 as CFO and subsequently become a Partner. Isaac has significant real-estate experience in asset management, investments and financing. Isaac is responsible for the entire Portico's finance operation, HR, corporate administration and, as a member of Portico's executive Board, the Portico overall strategy. He is also overlooking potential new target investments, in new countries in line with Portico's strategy. Before joining Portico, Isaac served 4 years as a senior manager at KPMG, leading the CEE real-estate desk and prior to that served as a manager at Ernst&Young and as an internal auditor at a large cooperation in the energy industry. He also worked at PWC in the Hotel industry. Isaac graduated from Tel Aviv University in Economics and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Zoltán's principle responsibility is to manage the performance of Portico’s existing portfolio in Hungary and Portico’s growth in Hungary by targeting new acquisitions that are consistent with Portico’s investment strategy, target returns and profitability. Zoltán started his career with Portico in 2006. From senior analyst and asset manager position Zoltán was working both for the acquisition and the asset management departments in Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania and gained significant experience in these fields. Zoltán graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest.
Razvan Joined Portico in mid-2015. Before joining Portico, Razvan gained significant real-estate experience as the General Manager of Anchor Group, Project Director in Volksbank Romania, Managing Director at ECE Project management Romania and earlier as the Development Manager both for Kaufland and for Billa in Romania. Răzvan is responsible to manage the performance of Portico's existing portfolio in Romania and Portico's growth in Romania by targeting new acquisitions that are consistent with Portico's investment strategy, target returns and profitability. Razvan graduated in management from the academy of economic studies, Bucharest and also has a degree in Navigation from the Romanian Air-Force Academy.
Andrea, a professional translator and interpreter, speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese and German besides English as working language. She has gathered her work experience with multinational companies like PwC and Wolters Kluwer. Working together with the Portico Management since 2003, she has overall responsibility for Portico’s office management.
Tamás joined the Portico team in 2016 and is responsible for the property and facility management of the Hungarian Portfolio, from negotiating and managing supplier contracts to overseeing technical facilities and properties’ performance. Tamás has spent nine years in property and project management, he gained substantial experience in facility and property management with DTZ where he was responsible for the management of an industrial portfolio ca 150,000 sq m rentable area.
Cătălin joined Portico in Romania in late 2015 and has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry, working for companies such as: Cabot Capital Group, CBRE Romania, Coldwell Banker Affiliates in Romania and others. Cătălin is responsible both for the investments in Romania, targeting new acquisitions for Portico, and the leasing activity including client relationship management. Cătălin graduated with PhD in Political Science from University of Bucharest.
Șerban joined Portico in Romania at the end of 2015 and has substantial work experience in property and facility management working for companies such as: Midolini International, Anchor Group and others. Șerban is responsible for the property and facility management of the Romanian portfolio, overseeing the technical facilities as well as service provider management.
Anikó joined Portico Hungary in 2017 and has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, gathered while working at companies such as K&H Bank real estate department (part of KBC Group), American Restaurants Ltd and Eston International Real Estate Consultants. Anikó is responsible for the leasing activities in Hungary, including client relationship management, and also for searching new investments in Hungary in line with Portico’s investment criteria.
Zsolt is a graduate from the College of Finance and Accountancy, and after spending 4 years as an auditor at Deloitte Hungary, joined Portico and has a key role in monitoring and tracking the fund controlling of the Group which mainly includes reporting, tax and cash management.
Jenő is an Investment Manager at Portico Investments, he joined the firm in 2011 as an Investment Analyst and spent one year in our former Warsaw office in 2013/2014. His role is to support Portico's growth in acquiring new investments and exploring new opportunities. Jenő completed his masters at the Corvinus University of Budapest as an Economist and worked for IBM in the finance department. He speaks native Hungarian, fluent English and has a good command of German and Italian.
Zoltán joined the Portico team in 2013 as a fresh graduate with a Finance MSc degree from Corvinus University of Budapest. As an Investment Analyst, he has a key role in preparing internal valuations and reports, analyzing investment opportunities and asset management initiatives. Zoltán is also involved in the underwriting and the acquisition process of new investments.
Zsuzsanna joined the Portico Team in August 2017 in the position of Chief Accountant. She is responsible for the Hungarian Finance team and for the overall Hungarian Accountancy, working in the Budapest office. Zsuzsanna has gathered her experience in the accounting field working for Mazars Auditing and Consulting Ltd. for more than 17 years.
Krisztina joined Portico in July 2017 in the position of Accountant. She supports the Hungarian Finance team, working in the Budapest office. Krisztina has been working in the accounting / finance fields for several years and has gathered her experience working for Profólió Business Group and Avikonte Consulting Ltd.
Norbert provides extensive support for the team of accountants in Hungary. His main responsibility includes invoicing and various administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the accounting department.
Cristina joined Portico in July 2016 as an accountant and has a major role in the operation of the Romanian accounting department. As Chief Accountant Romania, her main responsibilities include accounting, finance, reporting tasks and overseeing the Romanian accountancy. She speaks native Romanian and also fluent in Hungarian and English.
Enikő joined the Portico Team in 2016. As an Accountant, she has a major role in supporting the Romanian accounting team. Her main responsibilities include book-keeping and reporting. Apart from Hungarian, she speaks fluent Romanian and English.
Adina joined the Portico Team in the spring of 2017. In her role as Accountant she is supporting the Romanian accounting team and operation. Her main responsibilities include book-keeping, reporting and invoicing. Apart from Romanian, she speaks fluent Hungarian and English.
Daniela joined Portico in November 2016. As Assistant Manager, she is responsible for accounting and administration in the Bucharest office. She has gathered more than 10 years’ experience as Office Manager and HR specialist.
Krisztina joined the Portico team in 2015. As Chief Accountant for the Netherlands, she has a key role in the operation of the finance and accounting department and in addition she fully supports the group's ERP system. She has relevant and extensive accounting background with controlling experiences.
Ágnes joined Portico in September 2017. As part of the Dutch Financial team, she is supporting the Netherlands operations and is also involved in the management of the ERP system. She gathered her experience with Vodafone SSC, where she was responsible for the Dutch clients. Apart from her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English and Dutch.
